Update log for the the bagley algorithm

## 7.2.0 - 2022-03-25

Bagley has been trained to automatically build risk profiles, set risk groups, and routing on $5,000 to $50,000 account sizes.

The issue of the risk review notification flag has been fixed. Risk reviews notifications will now scan every fifteen minutes to send eligible accounts for review to the desk.
